Residents of five settlements in the Nizhny Novgorod region wrote a letter to the founder of Wildberries.

Residents of Nizhny Novgorod sent an open letter to Wildberries founder Tatyana Kim. They are protesting plans to build a large marketplace warehouse in Novinki and ask the company to find another site.

The initiators were residents of the Oksky Bereg residential complex and nearby villages — Kusakovka, Kudma, Komarovo, Novopavlovka. In the appeal they recalled Kim’s recent call for dialogue with the state — and pointed out that this principle is not being applied to local residents. The letter was published on social media.

Earlier pravda-nn.ru reported that Nizhny Novgorod residents had united against the construction of a Wildberries logistics hub. The complex, with a total area of 150,000 square meters, is proposed to be built next to a school and residential buildings, which sparked their discontent.
