More than 25,000 square meters of road surface were repaired in Kanavino in 2025.

      In the Kanavinsky District in 2025, more than 25,000 square meters of road surface were repaired. The work was carried out as part of a targeted repair program aimed at renewing the most worn sections of roads.

      First, specialists paid attention to main roads of categories "A" and "B" with the highest intensity of car and public transport traffic. On the metro bridge 1,300 sq. m of surfacing was renewed, and on the Gordeevsky viaduct — 1,000 sq. m. These structures play an important role in the district's transport infrastructure, so their repair was a priority.

      At the same time, inner courtyard areas were improved. The renovation affected Gordeevskaya, Sovnarkomovskaya and Proletarskaya Streets, Meshchersky Boulevard and others.

      The head of the Kanavinsky District, Artyom Ivanov, emphasized that the comprehensive approach to improvement includes cooperation with housing management companies. For example, when repairing the areas adjacent to apartment buildings on Moskovskoye Highway and Chkalov Street, both road services and the management company took part, which made it possible to complete all the work simultaneously.

      The district administration also noted that all repair activities are carried out based on residents' requests and the head of the district's instructions received during regular inspections. Targeted card repairs are carried out year‑round, but weather conditions are also taken into account. The bulk of the work is traditionally carried out during the summer period.

      Recall that more than 20,000 sq. m of asphalt were renewed in the Prioksky District in 2025.
