Drunk driver tore through Dzerzhinsk in a car without a hood or doors — video

      Police stopped a VAZ 2110 car without a hood and doors on Sovetskaya Street in Dzerzhinsk on the night of January 2, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region reported.

      When checking the documents, traffic police officers realized that the 23-year-old driver was intoxicated. The examination confirmed this (0.922 mg/l). A report was drawn up against the young man under Part 1 of Article 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

      The police reminded that intoxicated drivers should be reported by calling 112. You should provide the vehicle's registration number and, if possible, an approximate route of travel so that the traffic offender can be apprehended.

      Recall that last year 11 people were killed in Nizhny Novgorod due to drunk drivers.

      It was also reported that on January 4 the region will continue to be hit by snow. Drivers are asked to be more careful on the roads.
