The Nizhny Novgorod branch of United Russia organized a New Year's party for the children of participants in the special military operation.

      A New Year's tree event was held at the Nizhny Novgorod State Academic Philharmonic named after Mstislav Rostropovich for the children of participants in the special military operation.

      The young guests were treated to the musical fairy tale "Father Frost, Come Back!", dedicated to good traditions, strong friendship and staying true to oneself. The tickets for the event were provided by member of the regional council of supporters Olga Tomina.

      After the performance, everyone who wished took part in the traditional circle dance around the Kremlin Christmas tree in the philharmonic foyer with Father Frost and the Snow Maiden.

      "We saw off the winter, met spring, got to know the gnomes, saw snowflakes with the Snow Queen. We're overflowing with emotion. We sang songs, danced a circle around the beautiful tree and took photos with Father Frost and the Snow Maiden. It was fun," shared five-year-old Artem.

      "For our children this holiday became a real New Year's miracle. Thank you for the warm atmosphere, care and attention. Such moments bring joy not only to the children but to our whole family," said Irina, the wife of a participant in the special military operation.

      The final act was the presentation of a New Year's gift to each child from the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the United Russia party.

      "New Year is a time of hope, warmth and sincere emotions. Our task is to surround with care and attention the children whose parents are today defending the interests of the Motherland. It is important that the kids feel support and know they are not alone," said Dmitry Filipenko, head of the executive committee of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the United Russia party.

      It should be recalled that supporting participants in the special military operation and their families is one of the key directions of the United Russia party's people's program. Numerous projects operate in the region, covering the most pressing issues: from collecting and sending humanitarian aid to educational programs.
