Paid parking in Nizhny Novgorod will not become more expensive in 2026.

      The authorities of Nizhny Novgorod do not plan to revise the cost of paid parking in 2026. This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the city Department of Transport and Road Management.

      The administration emphasized that the issue of raising tariffs is currently not being considered and is not on the agenda.

      As of today, 110 paid parking zones are operating in Nizhny Novgorod, located on 81 sections of the street and road network.

      According to the city Department of Transport, the introduction of paid parking spaces has helped to ease road congestion and reduce the number of traffic violations.

      It was previously reported that new paid parking zones may appear in Nizhny Novgorod in 2026. For 2025, 182.2 million rubles were credited to Nizhny Novgorod's budget from paid parking.
