Putin: In the "Leaders of Russia. Team" competition they will assess the ability to work together.

      The ability to interact effectively with others is becoming the most important factor for success in a profession. Russian President Vladimir Putin said this at a meeting of the State Council devoted to issues of personnel training for the country's economy.

      During the discussion, the head of state emphasized that the ability to work in a team is coming to the fore among professional skills today. According to him, this quality can no longer be considered supplementary — it is becoming a necessary condition for a specialist's competitiveness in the labor market.

      As an example, Putin cited the updated format of the managers' competition "Leaders of Russia." The President noted that in the new season participants submit applications not individually but as part of teams of like-minded people. According to him, it is precisely the ability to act cohesively and effectively in a group that will be one of the main criteria for evaluating contestants.

      Recall that "Leaders of Russia" is the flagship project of the presidential platform "Russia — Land of Opportunities," implemented since 2017 on Vladimir Putin's initiative. The aim of the competition is to identify, develop and support promising managers who possess high leadership potential and are ready to work for the benefit of the country.
