The volleyball players of Gorky lost in straight sets to Dynamo.

In the 10th round of the Russian men's volleyball championship, Gorky played an away match against Moscow Dynamo. The match ended with a convincing victory for the hosts — 3:0 (25:18, 33:31, 25:14).
The second set proved to be the most hard-fought. Andrey Dranishnikov's side put up a fight and were close to success, but lost by two points — 31:33. In the other sets Dynamo's advantage was more pronounced.
"A good second set — we were close. We didn't finish our plays, and because of that we lost. It's always hard to play Dynamo: when the serve is flying, when they break away. The farther they go, the stronger they serve. And, of course, in the third set we couldn't cope with it anymore," commented the Nizhny Novgorod head coach on the defeat.
After ten rounds Gorky sits 10th in the standings, 6 points short of the playoff zone.
The next match (6+) will be played at home. On December 5 Gorky will host Novosibirsk Lokomotiv.
Earlier it was reported that access to stadiums in Nizhny Novgorod schools will be opened to everyone.
