Nearly 168 million rubles will be allocated for the operation of Nizhny Novgorod's air ambulance service.

      03 December 2025 09:20 Society — The Nizhny Novgorod Territorial Center for Disaster Medicine posted on the public procurement portal information about holding tenders for the provision of air ambulance services.

      The starting price of the contract is 167.7 million rubles. The funds are planned to be allocated for organizing medical air transportation within the regional emergency response system.

      According to the procurement terms, the contract period is set from January 1 to December 31, 2026. During this time the contractor will be required to carry out 697 flight hours.

      The winner of the auction will be obliged to provide rapid transportation of patients, including using helicopters, as well as accompaniment by medical crews.

      Earlier it was reported that more than 14 billion rubles have been allocated for the construction of an oncology center in Nizhny Novgorod.
