A new five-story hotel will appear within the boundaries of Kommunisticheskaya, Revolyutsionnaya and Priokskaya streets. Construction will be carried out by LLC "Futbol" at its own expense. The area of the complex will be about 3,800 square meters. The contractor must prepare the site planning documentation by December 1, 2026.
