Three Nizhny Novgorod municipalities were the first to receive evaluations based on the results of the implementation of national projects in 2025.

      Three municipal formations of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast — the Vetluzhsky, Volodarsky and Pavlovsky municipal districts — were the first to receive assessments for their work on implementing national projects in 2025. The quality of implementation of national project measures is discussed, at the instruction of Governor Gleb Nikitin, at special meetings of the representative bodies of the urban and municipal districts of the region. Implementation may be recognized as "excellent", "proper", "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory".

      The implementation of all national projects being carried out in the territories of the Vetluzhsky, Volodarsky and Pavlovsky municipal districts was recognized as "excellent" and "proper".

      According to the instruction of Governor Gleb Nikitin, the quality of implementation of a national project is deemed unsatisfactory in the event of an actual or projected breach of the timelines for implementing measures by the end of 2025 without objective reasons or grounds.

      Recall that Nizhny Novgorod Oblast participated in 12 national projects in the past year: "Long and Active Life", "Technological Support for Food Security", "Infrastructure for Life", "Human Resources", "International Cooperation and Export", "Tourism and Hospitality", "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State", "Environmental Well‑being", "Efficient and Competitive Economy", "Youth and Children", "Family", "Unmanned Aerial Systems".
