Another five Nizhny Novgorod municipalities received assessments based on the results of national project implementation in 2025.

      Buturlinsky, Vachsky, Vorotynsky, Koverninsky and Spassky municipal districts received assessments for their work on implementing national projects in 2025. The quality of implementation of national project measures is discussed, at the instruction of Governor Gleb Nikitin, at special sessions of the representative bodies of the region's city and municipal districts. Implementation may be deemed "excellent", "adequate", "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory".

      The execution of all national projects being implemented in the territories of the Buturlinsky, Vachsky, Vorotynsky, Koverninsky and Spassky municipal districts was rated "excellent", "adequate" and "satisfactory".

      According to Governor Gleb Nikitin's instruction, the quality of implementation of a national project is deemed unsatisfactory if there is an actual or projected breach of the deadlines for implementing measures by the end of 2025 without objective reasons or justification.

      Recall that Nizhny Novgorod Oblast participated in 12 national projects in the outgoing year: "Long and Active Life", "Technological Support of Food Security", "Infrastructure for Life", "Human Resources", "International Cooperation and Export", "Tourism and Hospitality", "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State", "Environmental Well-being", "Effective and Competitive Economy", "Youth and Children", "Family", "Unmanned Aerial Systems".
