More than 70% of the autumn conscription plan has been completed in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
27 November 2025 17:42 Society The autumn conscription plan in the Nizhny Novgorod region has been fulfilled by more than 70%. This was reported at a meeting of the regional conscription commission held on November 27 under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Alexander Pavlov.
According to the military commissar, Sergei Agafonov, this autumn more than 2,200 residents of the region are planned to be sent to the army. To date, the majority of draftees have already been sent to their places of service. All units are being formed and dispatched without disruptions.
Alexander Pavlov reviewed the interim results of the campaign and highlighted the districts where conscription work is organized particularly effectively.
Sergei Agafonov once again emphasized that draftees are not being sent to the zone of the special military operation or to the country's new regions. He also described the steps already being taken to fully meet the "Autumn – 2025" conscription plan.
Earlier it was reported that the list of illnesses that exempted Nizhny Novgorod residents from conscription had been shortened.
