Beeline has started paying its customers for incoming calls.

      19 November 2025 09:54 Society Beeline has launched a new promotion that changes the usual relationship between the operator and its customers. Now they will receive "real" money credited to their account for incoming calls from mobile numbers of other operators.

      The mechanics are as simple as possible — choose a bee subscription with any service package and, when you answer incoming calls, Beeline tops up your mobile balance at a rate of 50 kopecks for each full minute of conversation. Crediting occurs immediately after the call ends. Funds received in this way can be used to pay for calls as well as various options and services, up to utilities or parking, which can be paid from a mobile account. Credits apply to incoming calls answered until 31 July 2026.

      "We offer customers a new perspective on their relationship with a mobile operator: Beeline has reduced its own profit from incoming calls in order to share it with users. This is especially timely on the eve of the holidays, when we are all calling each other more actively to congratulate, share emotions, etc. We launched a simple and honest mechanism with no hidden conditions that gives our customers a tangible benefit from routine actions," says Alexey Karev, Director of Product Marketing at Beeline.

      The offer is available to bee subscription users — for those who subscribe to it or switch to it from another tariff by 31 January 2026, the mechanism is activated automatically. Existing bee subscription users who signed up earlier only need to confirm participation in the app or in their personal account on the Beeline website. Joining the promotion is free. The promotion is held in all regions of Russia where Beeline has a network and is available even on the minimal free bee Start subscription.

      In addition to rewards for call activity, Beeline has given its customers the opportunity to receive incentives for other equally routine actions. Thus, new users who subscribe* to ivi, VK Music, PREMIER or START and keep it after the end of the free promo period receive a cash bonus — 2 rubles for each hour of viewing or listening during the paid period. Credits are made** once every 30 days and amount to up to 1,000 rubles per month and up to 4,000 rubles for the entire promotion period.

      *first 30 days free; thereafter — VK Music — 199 rubles/30 days, PREMIER — 399 rubles/30 days, START — 499 rubles/30 days, ivi — according to the service’s current tariff;

      **The bonus is not credited if the paid period is declined, conditions are not met or abuses occur; if a subscription payment is refunded, previously credited amounts must be returned.
