      Another phase of construction of a logistics center for the marketplace Ozon has been completed in the Kanavinsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. The facility, located on Teplichnaya Street near Moscow Highway, received a permit for commissioning. This information is posted on the website of the Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The project is being implemented by the company "NinoGrad." The permit concerns the third phase of construction, which includes two fulfillment blocks and an access control checkpoint for staff.

      The total area of the future warehouse complex will be about 150,000 square meters. 12.3 billion rubles are allocated for its construction, and a further 3 billion rubles are planned to be spent on outfitting.

      Recall that this summer the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved an investment agreement between the regional government and the company "NinoGrad." It will be granted a five-year tax benefit — an exemption from corporate property tax of about 1 billion rubles. It is expected that during this period 104 million rubles will be received by the regional budget, and total personal income tax receipts, taking into account the tenant's activity, will exceed 1.3 billion rubles.
