Power supply in Verkhniye Pechery has been almost fully restored.

      Part of the streets in the Nizhegorodsky District were left without electricity last night. Judging by comments from Nizhny Novgorod residents on social media, the power outage affected, among others, houses in Verkhniye Pechery and on Rodionova Street. The situation was commented on by the district administration.

      According to it, the outage may have been caused by a damaged cable. Specialists from Zefs‑Energo LLC and Nagornaya RES were dispatched to the site.

      "Specialists are doing everything possible to complete the work as quickly as possible," the district administration assured at 00:09.

      It later emerged that power had been partially restored at 1 a.m. As of 06:24, work was continuing on only one house that remained without electricity. Power there is expected to be restored at 09:00.

      Recall that on 23 October debris from a shot‑down UAV damaged an energy facility in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. However, there were no interruptions to the power supply then. On 30 October debris also slightly damaged an engineering infrastructure facility.
