      Motorists will not have to pay for parking in Nizhny Novgorod in early November.

      In connection with the celebration of Unity Day, parking will be free from 20:00 on November 1 until 08:00 on November 5.

      It was previously reported that traffic in the center of Nizhny Novgorod will be partially closed due to Unity Day celebrations on November 3–4. The restrictions will affect several streets and will be in effect for two days.
