The newcomers will work under the guidance of experienced physician-mentors. This approach helps them adapt more quickly to the conditions of a large inpatient hospital and acquire practical skills.

      "Today there was a ceremonial induction into the medical profession; the medics took the regional hospital's oath. This tradition has been in place for three years," Nikonov noted.
