Lucky Island: Rostelecom launches a new mini-game
October 31, 2025, 3:15 PM — Rostelecom presents a new game with engaging mechanics, "Hezzlmania", created jointly with the Russian gamification solutions developer Hezzl. It has joined Rostelecom's lineup of mini-games, which already includes "Odyssey. Match-3" and "Battle of Heroes". Since the launch of the mini-games on Rostelecom's website and mobile app, they have been played more than 2 million times.
In "Hezzlmania" players are tasked with creating their own islands and upgrading them, collecting rare resources, and taking part in tournaments to earn rewards for leaderboard positions. For the first time, the new game can be played not only solo but also with friends. Participants can receive bonuses and discounts from Rostelecom, as well as prizes from partners including the online cinema Wink, Yandex, VK, the insurance company Soglasie, Sokolov, TVIL and USmall. A total of 500,000 partner offers have already been given away.
Diana Lurie, Head of the Loyalty Program, Customer Service Department at Rostelecom:
"We created 'Hezzlmania' so that our subscribers can not only use Rostelecom's quality services, but also get real emotions from interacting with the company. 'Hezzlmania' is a great opportunity to distract from bad weather and autumn blues by creating beautiful islands, and to receive prizes from our partners for doing so. Play, win and get great emotions together with Rostelecom."
According to a Rostelecom survey of 30,000 respondents from all regions of the country, users rate the mini-games highly. 61% of respondents rated the games between 7 and 10 points, and one in four chose the top score — 10 out of 10. Users particularly note the engaging gameplay, simple interface, lack of intrusive advertising, and the fact that the games do not require downloading a mobile app.
Ninety percent of respondents say the games help them relax and relieve stress. Players represent all age groups: ages 35–44 (37% of the audience), 45–54 (27%), 25–34 (21%). Meanwhile, 64% of players are male. They most often play during the lunch break (12:00–13:00), and at the end of the workday (17:00–19:00).
The mini-games are available to everyone, but every third player is a Rostelecom subscriber. Users actively complete tasks related to using the company's services, and the total number of bonus points spent has exceeded 10 million.
You can learn more about the mini-games and choose your favorite in your personal account or on Rostelecom's customer website.
