October 31, 2025, 17:16 Society — Authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region have launched the bidding process for the right to implement a comprehensive territory development project (KRT) in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported on the website of the regional Ministry of Urban Planning and Agglomeration Development.
The project concerns residential development within the boundaries of Boris Panin Street, Poltavskaya, Respublikanskaya, Izhorskaya and Vysokovsky Drive. The area of the plot allocated for the project is 3.34 hectares.
The starting price of the lot is set at 11.73 million rubles.
The application campaign will start on November 1 and end on November 30, 2025. The electronic auction to determine the winner will take place on December 5.
Earlier it was reported that a resolution on the comprehensive development of the territory in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod on Boris Panin Street has been signed. The project must be implemented within seven years from the date of signing the corresponding agreement with the investor.
The site is planned for the construction of nine buildings of varying heights from 5 to 18 floors, three underground parking garages, a kindergarten and a polyclinic.
