In Nizhny Novgorod they plan to organize new dedicated lanes for public transport. According to Denis Ryabinin, Deputy Minister of Transport and Highways of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, such changes will affect the Myzinsky Bridge and Novikova‑Priboya Street.
The official noted that these measures are related to the development of the city's transport infrastructure and are aimed at reducing travel time for passengers. The introduction of the dedicated lanes is planned for next year.
"Next year we expect dedicated lanes to be created on Novikova‑Priboya Street and the Myzinsky Bridge, and all traffic will move faster," he emphasized.
Recall that a dedicated lane has appeared on a section of Moskovskoye Highway.
It was previously reported that the transition to a cashless payment system on Nizhny Novgorod transport will begin on November 1 and end on December 31.
