Results of work for the period from October 13, 2025 to October 17, 2025 on the inclusion of normative legal acts in the Federal Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Subjects of the Russian Federation

      As of 17.10.2025 the federal register of normative legal acts contains 45,958 acts of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, of which 32,096 are in force. In the period from 13.10.2025 to 17.10.2025 the Main Directorate included 64 acts of the state authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the federal register of normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Access to the texts of the normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, their registration numbers, details and information about the sources of their official publication contained in the federal register is provided via the portal of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation "Normative Legal Acts in the Russian Federation" on the Internet (http://pravo-minjust.ru, http://право-минюст.рф). Citizens and legal entities may obtain additional information contained in the federal register by submitting a request to the Main Directorate at: 603950, Nizhny Novgorod, 1st Oranzhereynaya St., 46, or by e-mail ([email protected]).

      The request for obtaining information contained in the federal register must indicate:

      - for citizens: surname, first name, patronymic (if any) and/or an e-mail address for sending the response;

      - for organizations: the name of the organization on whose behalf the request is submitted, its postal address and/or an e-mail address for sending the response;

      - information about the requested data contained in the Federal Register (type, title, number, date of adoption of the act, the authority that adopted the act);

      - the form of provision of the information (documentary or electronic).

      A request for provision of information contained in the federal register shall be considered within no later than thirty days from the date of its registration. The period for consideration of the request may, by way of exception, be extended, but by no more than 30 days, with notification to the applicant. All information is provided free of charge.

      Citizens and legal entities may obtain additional information about the possibility of obtaining information contained in the federal register from the Main Directorate by telephone (831) 224-86-18 (801).
