      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region are overwhelmingly complaining about interruptions in the electronic diary. Parents of students report being unable to log into accounts, view grades, homework, and the day's schedule. Information can only be obtained via the "My School" app or directly from the class teacher. A correspondent for "KP-Nizhny Novgorod," whose children attend one of the general education schools in the regional center, encountered the same problems.

      As the regional Ministry of Education and Science told "Komsomolka," all reports of outages are regularly received by technical support. Most users complain about authentication failures and the absence of up-to-date data. One of the reasons given for the service disruptions is increased load on the servers, which occurs, for example, before the end of a school term.

      - We emphasize that the stability of the "Electronic Diary" may be affected not only by increased load on the service, but also by the quality of the user's internet connection, the correct functioning of the browser or mobile application, and the user's level of digital literacy, - the ministry added.

      

       Recall that earlier residents of Saint Petersburg complained about outages of the electronic diary.
