      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region’s investment infrastructure are being invited to take a survey to assess its effectiveness. The region’s investment infrastructure includes the Kulibin special economic zone, advanced development territories, technoparks, business incubators, and industrial parks. Improving the quality of work with investors and their support have been included since 2025 in the objectives of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

      Business surveys are conducted on an ongoing basis. According to interim survey results, during this year the majority of respondents rated the Nizhny Novgorod investment infrastructure positively.

      According to Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, companies can evaluate criteria such as the completeness of information, availability of locations, the range of services, and the support measures provided to residents. Enterprises can also submit proposals for improving the region’s investment infrastructure.

      "These elements of infrastructure ensure the investment attractiveness of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, so it is important that their operation is efficient and helps entrepreneurs grow. Online surveys are an important tool for dialogue with business that allows us to regularly receive 'feedback' from the business community," said Maxim Cherkasov.
