The bankruptcy of "Nizhavtodorstroy" led to an inspection by Rostrud.

      23 October 2025 12:57 Society The State Labor Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod Region has begun an unscheduled inspection of the company "Nizhavtodorstroy". The reason was a recent petition to the court to have the organization declared bankrupt.

      According to the agency's press service, more than 50 people work at the company, including those who work part-time. In this context, special attention is being paid to ensuring compliance with the labor rights of all employees.

      The inspection is being carried out to identify possible violations of labor legislation. If inspectors find noncompliance with the regulations, measures will be taken to restore workers' rights.

      The agency stressed that protecting the interests of the staff is a priority given the organization's unstable financial situation.

      It was earlier reported that Rostrud will conduct an inspection following the sudden death of a fitter at the Nizhny Novgorod auto plant.
