The admissions campaign at "School 800" is conducted entirely in digital format.

      October 17, 2025, 10:03 — Society. "School 800" announced an additional intake of students into grades 5–8 and 10 for the 2025–2026 academic year. All stages of the admissions campaign are conducted through a digital platform developed by the school. Such an approach, the educational institution told NIA "Nizhny Novgorod", remains unique in the region.

      Applications for admission can be submitted through a personal account on the school's website. Parents and students have access to key functions: submitting an application, uploading documents, tracking status in real time, and booking an in-person visit date to submit original documents — all without the need to be physically present during the initial stages.

      The platform has already been used in previous years and, according to school representatives, has proven highly effective. Automating the processing of entrance exam results has reduced the time needed to finalize results fourfold. Over two years of operation, about 9,000 users have used the system, and roughly 3,000 people have become students of the school.

      In the new academic year, the digital service expanded its functions — it now allows users to enroll in supplementary education programs offered at "School 800".

      According to Dmitry Berdyshev, the school's director of digitalization, launching the personal account was part of a broader strategy to create an educational ecosystem in which "all processes — from administrative to academic — become convenient, transparent, and efficient." He emphasized that the school is not merely admitting students, but implementing technologies that, in his view, could become the standard for the education of the future.

      The developed system, the institution notes, can be scaled and adapted to the needs of other schools. Potentially, it can ensure stable operation even under a mass influx of applications, opening up opportunities for the digital transformation of admissions campaigns across the region.

      It is recalled that earlier the school's director, Mark Sartan, dispelled the myth of "School 800"'s elitism.

      It was also reported that the school has launched a house system similar to the house concept at Hogwarts.
