Results of work and new plans: the council of United Russia's primary branches was held in Nizhny Novgorod.

      At a meeting of the Regional Council of Primary Branches of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the United Russia party, a number of strategic and organizational issues were discussed.

      At the start of the meeting, Dmitry Filipenko, head of the regional executive committee of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of United Russia, gave a brief summary of the work in 2025.

      "For the United Russia regional branch, 2025 was productive and effective. Work was focused on activating the primary level and municipal deputies. It is also important to emphasize that this year we launched two new party projects: 'Choice of the Strong' and the 'Housing and Utilities School.' The branch actively cooperates with party supporters, youth movements and public organizations, holding numerous joint actions and events. The results of this year are a solid foundation for ambitious plans for 2026," said Dmitry Filipenko.

      Special attention was paid to on-the-ground work. Activists of the primary branches are the main link between voters and the party. Developing and deepening party activity at the local level in 2025 became one of the key directions.

      "Three main vectors can be singled out along which the regional branch worked with primary organizations. First — training seminars for executive secretaries and secretaries of local branches. Second — strategic sessions in municipalities. Third — competitions 'Primary Unit of Good Deeds,' 'People's Deputy' and 'Number One Online.' I am confident that we will continue to work in this direction," emphasized Seiran Iskenderov, head of the Regional Council of Primary Branches of the United Russia party.

      An important agenda item of the Regional Council was the discussion of candidates for the positions of head and deputy head of the Council of Primary Branches. By a general vote, the following were re-elected: head — Seiran Iskenderov; deputy head — Alexander Rostovtsev.

      Next came the ceremonial awarding of the winners of the regional contest "First in the Network." The three most active users of the party mobile application "VVERH.PRO" are determined monthly. Under the contest rules, participants must be registered in the app and complete tasks posted in it, as well as actively participate in regional events. In September the "first in the network" were: Yulia Tochilina and Vladislava Yeremina (1st place); Ilya Rogalyov (2nd place).

      "The 'Number One Online' contest allows you to keep up with the entire party agenda: both regional and federal. It's great that it is available to any user of the 'VVERH.PRO' app, and anyone can win. Of course, I put in a lot of effort, completed the tasks with interest, and I'm glad my efforts were appreciated," shared Vladislava Yeremina, executive secretary of the local branch of the United Russia party in the Sovetsky district.

      "This contest is a very interesting and effective idea. As a representative of youth, I was immediately interested in the topic, and I even encouraged my friends to participate. I'm very pleased to have been recognized. It motivates further active work," said Ilya Rogalyov, chairman of the local council of supporters of the Prioksky branch of the United Russia party and secretary of the primary branch "Meditsinskaya Street 1."

      The concluding part of the Regional Council of Primary Branches was an interactive workshop on conflict management called "The Art of Dialogue."

      "A conflict management training is relevant for anyone who has to communicate a lot. Especially when communication concerns issues related to various everyday and social problems. These are precisely the overwhelming part of the work of the party's primary branches. The 'Art of Dialogue' workshop is aimed at productive interaction with care for oneself and the interlocutor," explained gestalt therapist and group therapist Elena Bolshakova.

      As a reminder, the "VVERH" mobile app project was created for communication among like-minded people, members and supporters of United Russia. Using the "VVERH.PRO" app, users can take part in various initiatives that benefit the region.
