      Nizhny Novgorod Governor Gleb Nikitin commented on the morning drone attack. He posted on his Telegram channel.

      According to the Ministry of Defense, from 7 to 8 a.m. on October 7 the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack the region with six drones. But air defenses successfully destroyed them.

      Nikitin clarified that as a result no one was injured. "No additional damage was recorded," he said, referring to the consequences of the nighttime attack.

      As previously reported, overnight in the industrial zone of Dzerzhinsk 30 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed. There were no human casualties. However, falling debris damaged several buildings, outbuildings and vehicles. In addition, debris fell on the territory of the plant. But there is no critical damage.
