Federal Tax Service: Nizhny Novgorod residents must pay taxes no later than December 1.

      October 6, 2025 17:14 Economy Residents of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast were reminded of the deadline for paying personal taxes — calculations must be completed by December 1, 2025.

      The payable taxes include vehicle tax, land tax and property tax. The basis is a tax notice, which is sent to the personal account on the unified Gosuslugi portal or arrives by registered mail. Users of the Federal Tax Service of Russia’s services can obtain the document through the “Personal taxpayer account for individuals.”

      The notice specifies the amount due, information about the taxable object, the tax base and the payment deadline. It also provides the data required to transfer the tax as a single tax payment into the budgetary system of the Russian Federation: QR code, barcode, UIN and bank details.

      Taxes can be paid online via the “Personal taxpayer account for individuals,” the “Payment of taxes and fees” service and the personal account on the Gosuslugi portal. In addition, payment terminals, bank branches and Russian Post are available.

      We remind you that Nizhny Novgorod residents began receiving tax notices as early as September.

      Earlier reports said that Nizhny Novgorod tax offices extended reception hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
