      02 October 2025 11:00 Society The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia published a weather forecast for the Nizhny Novgorod region for the first days of October. The data are posted on the website of FGBU "Upper Volga UGMS". According to specialists' calculations, the mean ten-day air temperature in the region for the period from September 30 to October 9 is expected to be +8…+10°C. This figure is two degrees above the climatic norm calculated for the period 1991–2020. Earlier it was reported that strong geomagnetic storms will hit the Nizhny Novgorod region in the first half of October.
