Almost 28 million rubles were recovered from the Central Clinical Hospital of the SPK named after Alexeyev.

      September 30, 2025, 10:01 Economy — The Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region satisfied the claim of JSC Samara Metallurgical Plant against the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise JSC Central Design Bureau for Hydrofoil Vessels named after R.E. Alekseev, according to the case registry.

      The court ordered the defendant to pay 27.69 million rubles. Of this amount, 25.12 million rubles was the principal debt and a further 2.31 million rubles was a penalty for the use of another's funds.

      Initially, the Samara plant sought 46.8 million rubles under three contracts concluded in 2024. That amount included interest for late payments. However, the plaintiff later adjusted its claims because part of the debt had been repaid.

      The defendant did not dispute the existence of the debt and proposed to resolve the matter out of court. Nevertheless, the plaintiff insisted on having the case heard in court.

      The claim was filed with the arbitration court in June 2025. The final decision was made on September 25.

      According to the case materials, the decision will enter into legal force in one month if no appeal is filed.

      Earlier it was reported that more than 1 billion rubles were recovered from former Nizhny Novgorod mayor Oleg Sorokin for the benefit of the state.
