      The director of the Nizhny Novgorod university "NEYMARK", Gulnara Bikkulova, delivered a lecture at the gathering of the World Festival of Youth (12+), which brought together young leaders from 120 countries. Her talk was devoted to the transformation of the labor market under the influence of digitalization and artificial intelligence.

      The key topic was professions of the future and the competencies that will determine specialists' success in the coming decades. Particular attention was paid to the role of educational institutions in preparing personnel able to adapt to a rapidly changing world.

      According to Gulnara Bikkulova, NEYMARK University offers students flexible educational trajectories. This allows each person to build an individual learning path that corresponds to the realities of the digital age.

      "We give students the opportunity not only to keep pace with the times but also to shape the future by anticipating market needs. Enrolling with us now means that in five years you will become an expert in a field that may not even exist yet," she emphasized.

      The interactive part of the event included group discussions and the creation of the so-called "competency cloud" — a set of skills necessary for a successful career in the future. Among them, participants singled out critical thinking, digital literacy, and the ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment.

      In addition, Gulnara Bikkulova took part in the practical seminar "Smart Future: Education at the Intersection of Humans and Artificial Intelligence", where she spoke as an expert.

      She reminded attendees that NEYMARK University not only conducts fundamental research in the field of AI, including neuromorphic technologies, and implements specialized educational programs, but also actively integrates artificial intelligence into students' everyday life — to enhance its safety and comfort.

      It was previously reported that the NEYMARK IT campus was officially opened in Nizhny Novgorod.
