      In Knyaginino, Nizhny Novgorod Region, a road traffic accident involving a motorcycle and a foreign-made car occurred on the morning of 21 September.

      According to the regional office of the State Traffic Inspectorate, the crash happened at about 7:10 near building No. 11 on Lenin Street.

      According to preliminary information, the rider of a sports motorcycle, born in 2007, was traveling on a secondary road and, while approaching an uncontrolled intersection, failed to yield to an Opel Zafira driven by a man born in 1957, who was traveling on the main road.

      As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist sustained injuries of varying severity. He was taken to Lyskovo Central District Hospital for medical treatment.

      The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

      Earlier it was reported that as a result of a crash involving two teenage motorcycle riders, one of the riders was hospitalized.
