      In Na Boru, Nizhny Novgorod Region, the 2025/2026 heating season will officially start on September 22. A decree with the corresponding decision was published on the local administration’s website.

      As stated in the document, the basis for starting the heat supply system was an analysis of the weather forecast for the near future.

      Educational institutions and medical organizations will be connected to heating first. Heat-supplying companies have been instructed to ensure the phased activation of these facilities.

      The supply of heat to apartment buildings, administrative buildings and other facilities will begin no later than the day following the end of a five-day period during which the average daily air temperature remains below +8 degrees Celsius.

      It was reported that heating may also begin to be switched on in Dzerzhinsk on September 22. However, the start date of the heating season in Nizhny Novgorod has not yet been determined.
