       PoliticsDeputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Gneushev reported that he became the mentor of program participant Andrey Kupriyanov in the "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region" program. The deputy head of the region wrote about this on his Telegram channel.

      On 11 September, a "Mentor Day" was held at KUPNO as part of the "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region" program. This is a new stage of training during which veterans of the special military operation will become familiar with the work processes in the chosen fields. Each participant selected a mentor from among the leaders of government bodies, municipalities, enterprises and universities, as well as deputies.

      "We will help you understand managerial processes, determine the direction of your future activities, and at the same time we ourselves will learn from you!" — Andrey Gneushev addressed the program participants.

      Gneushev's mentee, Andrey Kupriyanov, went to the front as a volunteer. He took part in the battles for Lysychansk, Soledar, Bakhmut and, under fire, rescued comrades-in-arms, for which he was awarded the Medal "For Courage". Before the start of the special operation, Kupriyanov gained significant managerial experience.

      "We have already discussed the plan of our joint work with Andrey," added the deputy governor.

      It was reported that the speaker of the ZSNO, Yevgeny Lyulin, also became a mentor to a participant of the special military operation.
