Young people from Nizhny Novgorod got acquainted with the specifics of the nuclear industry's operations as part of the "Visiting" project.

      Young people in Nizhny Novgorod learned about the specifics of the nuclear industry’s work. According to the city’s Department of Social Communications and Youth Policy, as part of the “V gosti” project a meeting was held between local residents and the director of the Nizhny Novgorod Information Center for Atomic Energy.

      More than 500 schoolchildren, students and young specialists took part in the events of the “V gosti” project, implemented with the assistance of the Youth Council of specialists from enterprises and organizations of Nizhny Novgorod. Participants included representatives of leading city enterprises and organizations such as LLC Gazprom Transgaz Nizhny Novgorod, PJSC Sberbank, PJSC UAC – NAZ “Sokol”, PJSC Krasnoye Sormovo Plant, the regional training center “Ski Jump Complex” and others.

      A meeting of Nizhny Novgorod youth with the director of the Nizhny Novgorod Information Center for Atomic Energy, Anastasia Gorlova, was also organized. The young people were given a unique opportunity to learn about advanced achievements in the development of the atomic industry.

      An important part of the program was a tour of the science-and-art exhibition of the “Atom. Future” project. It featured works by artists and scientists inspired by the prospects for the development of atomic science and industry. During the tour, participants had the opportunity to become acquainted with production processes, the history of company foundations and current employment conditions.
