      Incidents. The Knyagininsky Interdistrict Court considered a case of an administrative offense committed during the City Day celebrations. By court decision, Vladimir Zh. was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism. The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.

      At the hearing it was established that on August 24 Vladimir arrived in Knyaginino for the festive events. During the concert he climbed onto the stage, began running and waving his arms, ignoring repeated demands to leave the platform.

      The man pleaded guilty and explained that he had drunk beer and wanted to dance on the stage. According to him, a stranger there tried to drive him away, but he refused to leave.

      Earlier, a video appeared showing another man, who visually resembled the head of the culture department, pushing the violator off the stage. While falling, Vladimir struck a 10-year-old girl standing by the stage. The child suffered a fractured leg.

      A criminal case has been opened in this regard. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed that a report be made on the progress of the investigation.

      Meanwhile, an official inquiry is being conducted in the Knyaginino municipal district. Two employees, including the head of the culture department, have been suspended from their duties. Regional authorities assured that all those responsible for organizing the event will bear appropriate responsibility. The injured girl's family has been provided with the necessary assistance.
