Society The Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mari El discovered violations in the issuance of veterinary accompanying documents (VSD) in the "Mercury" system. The press service of the supervisory authority provided details.
The inspection showed that the authorized representative of sole proprietor Pimenov S.V. issued production VSDs in violation of the deadlines. For example, documents for a batch of fish and seafood weighing 320 kg were entered into the system only three days after the completion of the technological process. An even more serious deviation was found in relation to 260 kg of cold-smoked salmon: the VSDs were issued a month after its production date.
According to the current order of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the issuance of veterinary documents for controlled products must take place no later than 48 hours after the end of the technological process.
Such actions contravene the "Veterinary Rules for the Organization of Work on the Issuance of Veterinary Accompanying Documents" and the provisions of Ministry of Agriculture Order No. 862 of December 13, 2022.
As a result, Rosselkhoznadzor sent an official warning to the authorized representative, sole proprietor Pimenov S.V., through the "VetIS.Passport" system.
Earlier it was reported that a Nizhny Novgorod laboratory had detected suspicious butter.
