More than one million square meters of housing are planned to be built in Novinki.

      Large-scale residential construction is planned in the settlement of Novinki (part of the Nizhny Novgorod urban district). Approximately 1.1 million sq. m. of housing will be built on more than 139 hectares. This was reported by "DOM.RF".

      The financial institution will hold a series of auctions in October for the sale of four land plots intended for mid- and low-rise development.

      The first stage of the auctions will take place on October 24. Two plots of 43.93 and 39.08 ha will be put up for auction. About 385.7 thousand and 293 thousand sq. m. of housing are planned for construction on them, respectively. The starting price of the first lot is 737.8 million rubles, and the second — 654.6 million rubles. The deadline for submitting applications is October 20.

      The second stage of the auctions is scheduled for October 31. On that day, plots of 30.1 ha and 26.28 ha with an urban development potential of 198.1 thousand and 217.3 thousand sq. m. of housing will be sold. The starting prices of the lots are 550.56 million and 432.4 million rubles, respectively. Applications can be submitted until October 27.

      It is noted that all plots are located near the Oksky Bereg residential complex and are surrounded by both individual housing and undeveloped land. The sites are within walking distance of public transport stops, and the distance to the center of Nizhny Novgorod is about 20 km.

      Earlier it was reported that more than 77,000 apartments will be built in the Nizhny Novgorod region under KRT.
