      Almost every second Beeline user plans to make purchases for the new school year using suggestions from neural networks. Women consult virtual assistants more often than men, according to the results of Beeline’s "Mobile Surveys" service study for Knowledge Day.

      According to respondents, digital algorithms not only simplify shopping but also make studying more effective. Thus, 63% of Beeline subscribers use neural networks to get simple explanations of complex topics, and more than half create tests, charts, images and edit texts with their help. Over a third of respondents consider artificial intelligence a good tool for learning a foreign language, creating schedules and simplifying routine tasks.

      Educational issues are addressed both with neural networks and in Telegram. For example, 66% of survey participants belong to study chats and communities, and every second person shares materials for classes. Third and fourth place are consuming expert content in channels (38%) and searching for information to prepare homework or projects (37%). At the same time, women show more interest in chatbots for studying.

      Telegram Premium attracts almost half of respondents because it allows removing ads. Among the app’s priority premium features chosen by respondents are faster file downloads – 39%, transcription of voice messages – 32%. These are followed by exclusive stickers, a premium badge (25%) and translation of foreign posts (22%), as well as increased limits for pinning chats and creating folders (17%) and the ability to publish stories.

      Studying is more convenient with popular neural networks that are included in Beeline’s platform "plan b."*.
