      Energy holding En+ has opened registration for participants in the environmental project "360." The event will set a new record for the number of participants, which will be entered into the Russian Book of Records.

      On September 20, En+ will hold the anniversary environmental campaign "360," dedicated to the project's 15th anniversary, at 30 locations across five Russian regions: Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Irkutsk Oblast, the Republic of Buryatia, Zabaykalsky Krai, and Krasnoyarsk Krai.       On that day 3,000 volunteers across the country will go out to clean up, making the anniversary "360" project the largest coastal cleanup campaign in Russia.

      The "360" environmental project began in 2011 with a corporate cleanup on the shore of Lake Baikal that lasted 360 minutes. The project's initiator was Oleg Deripaska. Over the years volunteers have collected nearly 5,000 tonnes of waste, and the project itself has covered all of Russia — more than 173,000 people have taken part. Not only the geography but also the range of activities has expanded: environmental cleanups, construction of eco-trails, tree planting, and the improvement of tourist routes.
