      Sport — Football club "Pari Nizhny Novgorod" may hold the eighth-round Russian Premier League match against "Orenburg" either at its home arena in Nizhny Novgorod or again in Saransk on September 13. It all depends on the readiness of the pitch after the dismantling of the stage installed for a large event.

      As Pari NN sporting director Aleksandr Udaltsov told RB Sport, work is currently being finished in Nizhny Novgorod to dismantle the stage installed at the stadium following the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Russia's nuclear industry. The club is awaiting the agronomists' report, who are to assess the condition of the field. If it is deemed satisfactory, the match will take place at the Sovcombank Arena. Otherwise, the team will host the opponent at the Mordovia Arena in Saransk.

      In an interview with Match TV, Udaltsov clarified that the club has already agreed the possibility of holding the game in Saransk, and this option fully satisfies the management. Besides, a considerable number of fans attend games there.

      According to him, the pitch in Saransk is inferior in quality to that of the home stadium, and the players feel it. Nevertheless, the team does not plan to change cities again, as it did at the start of the season, when, due to arena repairs, it had to play home matches in Kazan and Grozny until Saransk's Fan ID system was certified.

      At the same time, in early August Valeriy Mochalov of GAU NO "Stadion Nizhny Novgorod" said that due to the pitch restoration Pari NN would not return to the home arena before October.
