In the summer of 2025 more than 130 children of employees of the En+ Teplo Volga group of companies spent the summer in sanatoriums and camps in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and other regions of Russia. A 21-day trip with five meals a day, entertainment and sports programs, and experienced educators cost parents on average from 4,500 rubles. The remaining 90% was covered by En+ Teplo Volga.

“Organizing summer children’s recreation is not just attention and care for the families of our employees, but also an important contribution to the development of the next generation. We understand how significant support for our colleagues’ families is. The children had the opportunity to spend the summer in an interesting way, gain vivid impressions, make new friends, and the parents could focus on work knowing that their children are under the supervision of professionals,” said Olga Dvortsova, HR director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the En+ Teplo Volga group.

Children stayed at the camps “Seryozha,” “Lesnaya Skazka,” “Sputnik,” “Sokol,” the Gagarin children’s camp and others, located in environmentally friendly areas.

The daughter of electric-gas welder Andrey Seliverstov from “Zavodskie Seti,” 11-year-old Vera, participated in En+ Teplo Volga’s social program for the second time.

“There were so many interesting activities at the ‘Romantika’ camp in the pine forest of the Gorodetsky district that the child had no time to be distracted by a smartphone for three weeks. If it weren’t for the financial support of En+ Teplo Volga, our family would not have been able to afford to send our daughter to this camp,” said Andrey Seliverstov.

Special attention was paid to children from large families — for them the recreation is free. In particular, three children of the chemical shop foreman at the Avtozavodskaya CHPP, Rinat Kuchukbayev, spent their summer holidays at the “Pearl of Chuvashia” sanatorium.

“Ruslan, Maksim and Anzhela are very happy and are looking forward to next year to go to camp again, relax and make new friends. The total cost of the trip is about 200,000 rubles, and for us it was free. Such care for our children from En+ Teplo Volga is very appreciated,” said Rinat Kuchukbayev.

Recall that organizing quality leisure activities for children has become part of En+ Teplo Volga’s social policy aimed at supporting employees and creating comfortable conditions for their families. Since 2014 more than 1,500 children of employees have spent time in children’s camps and sanatoriums.
