In November, the All-Russian forum "GosStart" (12+) will be held in Nizhny Novgorod — a large-scale event for young representatives of state and municipal service. The event will take place from November 11 to 13 at the GosStart personnel training center, created on the initiative of Rosmolodezh.
Registration to participate is open until September 11 on the Rosmolodezh.Forums platform. The forum is expected to bring together more than a thousand young specialists from across the country.
"GosStart" is being held as part of the implementation of the national project "Youth and Children" and this year will reach a new level — the forum-congress format will allow participants not only to exchange experiences but also to contribute to the development of personnel policy.
According to the head of Rosmolodezh, Grigory Gurov, over three years the forum has united more than a thousand young people interested in the development of the public administration system. This year participants will develop a set of proposals for adapting and retaining young specialists in the state and municipal service. These initiatives will form the basis for strengthening the country's personnel reserve and creating favorable conditions for unlocking the potential of youth.
The forum will gather participants aged 14 to 35, including representatives of federal and regional authorities, municipalities, youth governments, students in relevant fields and activists of the "Movement of the First."
The program includes lectures, discussions and practical exercises with leading experts in the field of public administration. Participants will be able not only to gain new knowledge but also to work on specific initiatives aimed at improving the All-Russian program for supporting young specialists "GosStart."
The proposals developed within the forum will help increase the effectiveness of young personnel, reduce turnover and make public service more attractive to the new generation of managers.
