Public transport in Nizhny Novgorod will extend its operating hours on August 20.

      During the festive events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the nuclear industry, in Nizhny Novgorod the accumulation of rolling stock will be organized by 11:30 p.m. on August 20 to ensure passenger transport services. This was reported by the Center for the Development of Transport Systems of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Thus, from the "Seventh Heaven Microdistrict" stop on that day bus services will be organized on the following routes:

      — No. 57 "Dubravnaya Street — Seventh Heaven Microdistrict";

      — No. 52 "Minin and Pozharsky Square — Levinka Street";

      — No. 41 "Tsvety Microdistrict — Seventh Heaven Microdistrict";

      — No. 18 "OAO Lazur — Verkhnie Pechery Microdistrict";

      — No. 70 "Seventh Heaven Microdistrict — Kuznechikha‑2 Microdistrict".

      From the "Strelka" stop toward the upper part of the city bus services will be organized on the following routes:

      As reported by MP "Nizhny Novgorod Metro", to provide transport services for Nizhny Novgorod residents and city guests during the festive events the metro will operate until 2:00 a.m. on August 21. The train interval from 11:30 p.m. on August 20, 2025 until the metro closure will be 4 minutes.

      The departure times of the last trains from the terminal stations on the night of August 20–21 will be: from "Park Kultury" at 2:05 a.m., from "Gorkovskaya" at 2:07 a.m., "Strelka" at 2:05 a.m., and "Burevestnik" at 2:04 a.m.
