      According to the investigation, in May 2025 in the early morning the accused, being under the influence of alcohol and drugs, while in the X-ray room of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Kstovo Central District Hospital", out of hooligan motives and using a minor pretext for the conflict, struck a medical worker at least three times with his hands to the face and torso, causing the woman bodily injuries.

      The criminal case has been sent to the Kstovo City Court for consideration on the merits.
