A "Passenger Hour" event took place at the railway station in Nizhny Novgorod.

      At the Nizhny Novgorod railway station an information campaign "Passenger Hour" was held. As usual, employees of the Gorky Railway, together with representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod Linear Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Transport, took part in the event on issues of service quality at the station and transport security.

      The event took place in the format of active interaction with passengers, visitors and city residents. During the meeting railway workers answered questions about transport security measures and the procedure for inspection (including for passengers with reduced mobility and minors). They also reminded attendees of safety rules at railway infrastructure facilities.

      As part of the campaign, transport police officers explained personal and property safety rules to passengers and also gave recommendations on how to act to avoid problems during travel.

      Anyone who wished was able to voice their suggestions for improving the work of the railway station and the transport police.

      This format of preventive activities allows for targeted conversations with participants in the campaign, emphasizes the need to comply with safety rules on railway infrastructure, and answers questions of interest.

      The Gorky Railway pays special attention to informing passengers about the rules for being on railway infrastructure facilities and monitors the quality of services provided.

      More than 100 people took part in the event.
