      Employees of the GIBDD of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Nizhny Novgorod, together with the responsible secretary of the Public Council under the city police, Oleg Pikunov, and with the support of the public organization "The Great Brotherhood of Cossack Forces," held a campaign "Safety and Life Above All!".

      In addition to strict observance of traffic rules, driving culture also implies mutual respect among all road users. It is also important to remember the technical condition of the vehicle, which must be serviceable and meet all safety requirements.

      Police officers recommended that citizens regularly improve their knowledge of traffic rules. This concerns not only drivers but also pedestrians, especially children. Regular review and study of traffic rules, participation in thematic events and campaigns — all this contributes to the formation of a culture of safe behavior on the roads.

      The Council’s responsible secretary, Oleg Pikunov, noted the friendliness and driving culture of the drivers who took part in the campaign.
