Payments for uniforms and gift sets: what support families in the Moscow Region receive in time for September 1

      Society: Families with children are preparing for the new school year, which requires significant expenses for uniforms, sportswear and stationery. For some categories of citizens, financial assistance is provided.

      For example, in the Moscow Region, financial assistance can be received by large families, families with a child with a disability, and relatives of deceased servicemen, reports TV channel "360". Thus, large families receive 3,000 rubles per child, while low-income families receive 7,000. Families with a child with a disability receive 13,000 rubles, and relatives of deceased servicemen receive 10,000. These funds can be spent on school supplies. This year more than 100,000 schoolchildren have already received support.

      An annual event is held in the region during which children from low-income and large families receive school backpacks as gifts with all necessary stationery. The kit includes lunch boxes, water containers, as well as materials for creativity and learning. This year about 3,000 children will receive such gifts.

      Families registered in the Moscow Region can expect to receive payments. It is important that the children covered by this support are enrolled in state or municipal schools.
