      In Dzerzhinsk, during the renovation of an apartment building on Kirov Street, a 26-year-old worker fell from the height of the fourth floor. This was reported by the regional State Labor Inspectorate.

      The incident occurred on 10 August. As a result of the fall, the man suffered multiple injuries and fractures. According to medics, the victim was also diagnosed with traumatic and spinal shock. An official medical report on the severity of the injuries is currently awaited.

      As the chief state labor inspector in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Ilya Moshes, said, specialists are establishing the circumstances of the incident and are checking whether the injured man had official employment relations with the employer. The investigation continues.

      Earlier it was reported that two workers were injured when scaffolding collapsed at a plant in Kstovo.
