      Named scholarships approved for participants of the regional program "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region". The corresponding decree of the regional government was published on the official portal.

      According to the document, from 1 August 2025 a monthly payment of 22,440 rubles will be paid to students of the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region who were selected under the program.

      The right to the scholarship is granted only to participants who have no disciplinary sanctions. Funds will be transferred to the bank accounts specified in the applications, provided they meet the established criteria.

      The decree entered into force on the day it was signed and applies to legal relations that arose from 1 August 2025.

      Recall that the educational program for participants of the special military operation (SVO) "Heroes. Nizhny Novgorod Region" was launched on 4 August. Sixty people were enrolled in the in-person form, and another 30, currently in the SVO zone, were selected as a reserve. They will be able to begin studying at the next stage after completing their service.
